About the Author

Gianmatteo Nunziante

Holds a JD cum laude from the University of Rome (1990) and an LLM in Banking and Finance Law from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London (1995). Admitted to the Bar of Rome, he is also member of the International Bar Association (European Forum, Senior Vice Co-Chair) and of the American Bar Association. Before founding the Firm (1998) GN has worked for a few several leading Italian and international firms (Slaughter and May: Visiting Foreign Lawyer, 1995). He assists Italian and foreign clients in corporate and financial transactions, particularly cross-border deals. Over the years, he has also developed expertise in the real estate and cultural heritage areas.
