Kennedy & Rose: Law of Salvage 11th ed

Law of Salvage aims to expound the basic law of maritime salvage as laid down by the Admiralty Court; to set out the modern law of salvage, with particular reference to the International Salvage Convention 1989; to explain how the modern law and practice are regulated by contractual arrangements, specifically by virtue of the industry standard, Lloyd’s Standard Form of Salvage Agreement (LOF); and to integrate discussion of relevant elements of the general law. The 11th edition, written by Professor Francis Rose, has been fully updated to take account of developments in law and practice in salvage, wreck and related areas of law, including the following:
