About the Author

Emma Warner-Reed is a qualified solicitor and Senior Lecturer at Leeds Metropolitan University. She currently teaches land law and equity and trusts to undergraduate and legal practice students. Prior to teaching she worked as a property lawyer and was a Partner in practice.
