About the Author

SH Goo and Alice Lee are Associate Professors at the University of Hong Kong. They have both written widely on land law and related areas and had extensive experience in teaching the subject. SH Goo has contributed extensively to the Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong series in the areas of Trust, Landlord and Tenant, Land Registration Ordinance, and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance.
