Any formation and development of a market economy cannot exist without the market participants, while the company is the most fundamental, important and regulated market participant.

In China, the legislature made four amendments to the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China to meet the practical demands of business transactions and to encourage active investment by various market participants. But the practice requires the guidance from the authority on how to apply the Company Law and other relevant laws and regulations.
