Elizabeth Luckenbach Brown practices in the areas of tax and estate planning, probate administration and litigation, special needs planning and elder law. She received her B.A. from Michigan State University School of Journalism in 1991 and her J.D. from De Paul University College of Law in 1997. She was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1997, the State Bar of Michigan in 1998, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan in 2000. She is a partner with Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. in Southfield, Michigan. Ms. Brown is a frequent speaker on topics such as elder law, special needs planning, and estate planning and probate. In 2005, Ms. Brown was featured in the Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly “Leaders in the Law” section as one of five “up and coming lawyers” in the state.
