Dr Tan Lay Hong is a tenured Associate Professor in Nanyang Business School, teaching Company Law and Corporate Governance. Ms Ch’ng Li-Ling

Ms Ch’ng Li-Ling is one of the founding members of RHTLaw Taylor Wessing and the Deputy Head of its Capital Markets Practice. She is a corporate practitioner whose areas of practice include corporate and securities laws, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, corporate and commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and corporate governance advisory.
