JOHN FAIRHURST (BA PgDip MPhil MBA Solicitor FHEA) is the Managing Director and Academic Principal of the London School of Business and Management. He was previously Professor of Law and Head of Law at Birmingham City University, prior to which he was an Associate Dean and Head of Law at Anglia Ruskin University.
