Kathy Beevers 
Kathy Beevers, Chartered FCIPD, is a qualified trainer, coach and verifier. She runs a training and qualifications consultancy called Lightbulb Learning Ltd. 

She is known as an expert in the field of VQ development and improvement, working with a number of high profile blue chip companies. 

Kathy helped to co-develop and pilot our new qualifications. She contributed to the new level 3 and 5 units for the new CIPD foundation (including L&D at level 5) and intermediate qualifications, and devised related assessment guidance for these. 

Kathy has written numerous training courses and related materials including CIPD Candidate Handbooks.


Andrew Rea 
Andrew Rea, Affiliate MCIPD, is trained trainer, coach and facilitator with a background in management. 

Andrew currently works freelance as a trainer and consultant in management, customer care and soft skills. His clients include Local Government, Commercial Enterprises such as the Co-Op and numerous HR institutes such as Liverpool University. 

Andrew has written five titles in the successful `Ten Minute Trainer' series for Fenman, including `Ten Minute Staff Development' and `Ten Minute Sales' and is a regular contributor to Training Journal and Train the Trainer.
