About the Author

IAN MCLEOD is Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Stirling, UK. Following professional experience as a local government lawyer and a prosecuting solicitor, he specialized in teaching Legal Theory, Legal Method and Public Law. He is the author of Legal MethodKey Concepts in Law and (with Simon Askey) Studying Law, all published by Palgrave Macmillan.
