Jeffrey Lee (LL.B (Hons) (National University of Singapore); LLM (Queen Mary & Westfield College London)) is called as an advocate & solicitor of Singapore, solicitor of England and Wales as well as a barrister & solicitor of Ontario, Canada.

First called to the bar in 1991, he concentrates his works mainly in the areas of corporate and intellectual property matters. He regularly contributes legal articles and commentaries to legal and professional publications; and has co-authored Vol 5 Halsbury's Laws of Singapore on Commercial Law (Sale of Goods and Consumer Protection) - Butterworths 2001 and 2005 and has published the first version of the annotated commentary of Commercial Law Statutes in 2003.
