About the Author

Andrew McGee is Professor of Law at Manchester University, as well as a practising Barrister from Kings Chambers in Leeds and Manchester. He is a commercial lawyer, who has published extensively in the areas of company law and insurance law, as well as being the author of Limitation Periods.Originally published in 1990, this work is now in its sixth edition and is established as the leading textbook in the field.
