About the Author

Gabriel A Moens is Dean and Professor of Law at Murdoch University. He is an award winning teacher of law and is a much published and noted author.

Dr John Trone has research interests in constitutional law, comparative law and international law. He has authored a large number of publications, including Federal Constitutions and International Relations.
