About the Author

Stewart Sutcliffe

A Stikeman Elliott London partner, his practice focuses on advising clients on private and public mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate finance matters including in respect of investment funds. Recently, he has advised both issuers and underwriters in connection with initial public offerings and has been involved in the formation and financing of foreign and domestic limited partnerships. He is a member of the firm's M&A and Securities Groups, as well as the German, India and Sovereign Wealth initiatives.
