This new edition of Partnership and LLP Law is fully updated and includes coverage of the Legislative Reform (Private Fund Limited Partnerships) Order 2017 which introduces a new form of limited partnership, the private fund limited partnership, and the new provisions requiring certain partnerships and LLPs to maintain a register of persons with significant control over the business.
