About the Author

Nicholas Waller was admitted as a solicitor in 1985 and has acted mainly for claimants, with the emphasis on catastrophic injuries. He also has two years experience of defendant work and three years experience of clinical negligence. He has a particular interest in clear communication and internet law delivery.
