About the Author

David Clark is Professor of Law, at the School of Law at Flinders University, South Australia. and Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of NZ After living and working in Hong Kong for 13 years, David Clark currently is Professor at Flinders University where he has taught Introduction to Legal Studies, Human Rights in Australia, and Medico-Legal Issues. He is also involved as a consultant to a legal practice that specialises in refugee, human rights and judicial review cases. He has written on a range of public law subjects including administrative law, habeas corpus, seditious speech, the Hong Kong Basic Law, and issues of public accountability including corruption.
