About the Author

Wayne Covell is a leading intellectual property lawyer and trade marks attorney. With degrees in arts and law from the University of Sydney, he has practised with a leading Australian patent & trade marks attorney firm, the world's largest law firm and at the bar. In 1991 Wayne was appointed the foundation lecturer in post graduate Trade Marks Law at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) where he also taught Remedies and Evidence.

Keith Lupton graduated in Arts and Law from the University of Sydney. He holds a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Doctor of Philosophy in law from the University of London. He has taught remedies and restitution at the University of Technology, Sydney and has been a practising solicitor for over 20 years.
