About the Author

John Rhodes has been a member of various reputable Associations and Committees such as the: British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, Zurich (Chairman of London Chapter (2002-2005) and Committee member, Legal & Tax Chapter, British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce; Secretary, British-German Jurists' Association, London (1984-1990); Chairman, British-German Jurists' Association, London (1990-2006); Company Secretary, German-British Chamber of Commerce & Industry, London (2003-2006); member, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
