About the Author

James E Box, Dip Bus Mngt (IWTD) was formerly a Lieutenant Colonel in the Australian Army and more recently a company chief executive officer. His expertise comes from working with government and business in procurement strategies, policies and practices.

Michael W Forde DCJ, BA LLB (UQ), MPSM (Hons) (Griffith) is a Judge of the District Court of Queensland. His experience as a barrister and a judge is coupled with his understanding of accountability in procurement to provide expertise on related case law, journal articles and academic texts.
