About the Author

As a Law Society authorised trainer, Stephanie Dale delivers seminars to solicitors and support staff through local law societies and in-house for firms across the country. A former lecturer in law, she combines delivering training with running Customised Professional Development, a specialist legal marketing consultancy. She has an MBA and is a Chartered Marketer.

The contributors include Rupert Kendrick and practising solicitors Michael Debens and Malcolm Price.
