About the Author

Andrew Greensmith is a former National Chair of Resolution and a deputy district judge. He is currently Head of the Publishing Committee of Resolution and a divorce and family law specialist and partner at Dickson Haslam, Preston. He is an experienced trainer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
