Patrick Musters was a founder partner of TMK solicitors, now BTMK LLP and now practises as a consultant with them. He has over 30 years experience in the full range of criminal defence work as a former duty solicitor, as a higher court advocate and as a member of the Serious Fraud Panel. He is also a member of British Academy of Forensic Sciences.

Kenneth Carr is a partner at Tnt Solicitors and a member of Perren Buildings. He specialises in criminal defence work. He is a higher court advocate and duty solicitor who regularly appears in major crown court cases for both the prosecution and defence.

The late Frank Lockhart was a former Solicitor. He was a County Prosecuting Solicitor before he became a partner in Jefferies Solicitors, where he concentrated on a criminal practice but also sat as a part-time Chairman of the Industrial Tribunal and from 1985 as a Recorder. He was appointed to the Crown Court Bench in 1988 sitting mainly in Essex and retired in 2007.
