Selected Aviation Law Cases in China

This book includes a number of guiding cases identified by China’s Supreme People’s Court. Each case in this book includes an overview of the case, a focus on disputes and legal analysis, with relevant laws attached for easy access and understanding. It is divided into international and domestic parts, covering all aspects of civil aviation management, and has highlighted the trial practice of Chinese courts on hot issues of flight delays, cancellations, refusal to carry passengers, personal injuries to a passenger, and airlines’ incidental obligations.
