The present volume contains the majority of national reports on social and economic rights prepared for the 19th International Congress of Comparative Law which was held in Vienna on 20-26 July 2014. All reports have been updated following the discussions at the Congress.

The national reports are based on a questionnaire but do not all follow the same format. Each report gives an overview of various legal questions connected withthe protection of social and economic rights in a particular country.
