About the Author

Lukas Morscher

Head of the IT, telecoms and media practice in the Zurich office of Lenz & Staehelin and an expert on corporate and M&A. He advises regularly on international and domestic transactions, and is considered an eminent practitioner in outsourcing, technology and telecom matters in Switzerland. He holds a Masters in Economics (1987), a Masters in Law (1990) and a Doctorate in Law (1992). Admitted to the Bar in 1994, he started practising law in Switzerland and also worked as attorney in a US law firm from 1996 to 1997.

He is a member of selected national and international associations of communications and technology law, and author of numerous publications in areas of corporate, M&A and TMT, including outsourcing, ICT contracts, software licensing and telecommunications. He is a frequent lecturer at seminars and conferences, and co-chair of ICT conferences of the University of St Gallen.

Ole Horsfeldt

Vice-head of IP & Technology at Gorrissen Federspiel. 
Ole Horsfeldt's practice includes outsourcing of IT and business processes, ERP-projects, systems acquisitions and software licensing. Ole Horsfeldt has long experience in complex IT contracts, including international outsourcing projects and offshore outsourcing.
