The SRA Training Regulations 2011 Part 1 - Qualification Regulations and Part 2 - Training Provider Regulations have been repealed and replaced by the SRA Training Regulations 2014 - Qualification and Training Provider Regulations
Changes to the SRA Financial Services (Scope) Rules 2001 have been made in order to facilitate the transfer of regulation of consumer credit activities to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
Other consequential amendments have been made to the SRA Admission Regulators, the Suitability Test, the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme Regulations and the Glossary.
