• The SRA Training Regulations 2011 Part 1 - Qualification Regulations and Part 2 - Training Provider Regulations have been repealed and replaced by the SRA Training Regulations 2014 - Qualification and Training Provider Regulations
• Changes to the SRA Financial Services (Scope) Rules 2001 have been made in order to facilitate the transfer of regulation of consumer credit activities to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
• Other consequential amendments have been made to the SRA Admission Regulators, the Suitability Test, the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme Regulations and the Glossary.
