Style Writs for the Sheriff Court provides clear and concise illustrative guide to written pleading in general and Sheriff Court writs in particular. It provides styles of writs, defences, motions and other written pleadings most commonly encountered in the Sheriff Court. The 39 sheriff courts in Scotland deal with cases worth up to £100k.
