Jakob Skaadstrup Andersen is a partner in Gorrissen Federspiel, Denmark. He advises on international tax matters as well as technology contracts. His tax practice is focused on structuring of M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations and tax issues relevant for the financial services sector. Chokri Bouzidi is a principal within Oostvogels Pfister Feyten’s tax practice. He specializes in the areas of Luxembourg taxation, M&A, structured finance, and VAT. Mr. Bouzidi advises mainly private equity and international financial groups and multinational businesses on direct and indirect tax matters. He has broad experience of structuring cross border transactions through Luxembourg and has a strong background in regulated and non-regulated real estate funds as well as related direct and indirect tax aspects. After practicing a number of years in Paris and Amsterdam, Mr. Bouzidi gained experience in Luxembourg direct and indirect taxation at law firms, Loyens & Loeff and NautaDutilh. He graduated with an Advanced Graduate Diploma (D.E.S.S.) from the University of Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne, France in 1997 and has written various publications on international taxation. Mr. Bouzidi speaks English, French, and Arabic.
Frédéric Feyten, managing partner of Oostvogels Pfister Feyten, heads the firm’s tax practice. His key areas of expertise include taxation, mergers and acquisitions, financial products, and structured finance. Mr. Feyten has specialized in Luxembourg and international taxation for more than fifteen years and has broad advisory experience of structuring cross border transactions throughout Luxembourg. After practicing law in Brussels, New York, and Rotterdam, he headed NautaDutihl’s Luxembourg tax practice as equity partner. He is also a former associate of Loyens & Loeff. Mr. Feyten graduated from the Free University of Brussels and the University of Louvain (KUL) and is a member of the Brussels and Luxembourg Bar. A Belgian national, he speaks English, Dutch, French, and German. Mr. Feyten regularly gives presentations and publishes articles on Luxembourg taxation. Janne Juusela is a partner and head of Borenius & Kemppinen Ltd’s Tax Group. Mr. Juusela specializes in tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and international tax law. He has been ranked as one of the leading tax advisers in Finland. Mr. Juusela holds a Doctor of Laws degree, having written his doctoral thesis on international tax law in 1998. He has also authored books on tax law and published several articles in Finnish and international publications. He also lectures regularly on tax-related issues. Mr. Juusela is a member of the board of the Finnish branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and he is an adjunct professor of tax law at the University of Helsinki.
George N. Kerameus studied law at the University of Athens, obtained an LL.M. at the University of Manchester in international business law and a diploma at the Athens University of Economics and Business on Greek tax law. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2000. Having worked for four years within the tax department of a leading multidisciplinary firm, he joined Kyriakides Georgopoulos & Daniolos Issaias Law Firm as an associate in September 2004. Since July 1, 2009 Mr. Kerameus has been a tax partner with KGDI. His main practice areas are Greek and international tax law with a strong focus on corporate taxation, banking and finance, M&A, corporate reorganizations, and tax litigation. Mr. Kerameus is a member of the Athens Bar Association, as well as of IFA, and has lectured and published articles on various tax law issues.
Gianmarco Monsellato is the managing partner (CEO) of Taj, an international tax and law firm in France working in coordination with Deloitte. His service line has been quoted number one Transfer Pricing Team in France, by the International Tax Review. Mr. Monsellato is the co-author of the first French book on transfer pricing, Les prix de Transfert. He wrote the French chapter in Transfer Pricing – An International Guide. He is also the author of numerous articles on international tax and transfer pricing in French and international reviews. Mr. Monsellato is a member of the global transfer pricing task force of the International Chamber of Commerce and Member of the French-US Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of the HEC Group, International Management School France.
