The Asset Tracing and Recovery Review is an analysis of the law and practice of tracing and recovering assets in the most important jurisdictions globally, looking at the procedures and limitations for following and tracing property and how the transformation or intermingling of fraudulently appropriated assets and the identity or behaviour of intermediaries, recipients and beneficiaries affects the original owners’ rights to recover property.
