About the Author

Martha Bruce FCIS is a Chartered Secretary providing company secretarial advice and services to both private and public companies. Formerly an executive director of David Venus & Company Limited, a leading firm of Chartered Secretaries, where she was appointed secretary and consultant to many companies, as well as heading up the provision of trade mark, health and safety and employment advice.
