The Oxford Handbook of Digital Constitutionalism

The Oxford Handbook of Digital Constitutionalism presents a comprehensive collection of contributions from international scholars who analyse the challenges of constitutionalism in the digital age. It focuses on the impact of digital technologies on constitutionalism and examines how constitutional rights and guarantees, traditionally enjoyed in the relationship between the individual and the state, are shaped by the new system of powers characteristic of the ‘algorithmic society’.
