This addition to the Practitioner's Guide imprint assesses the operational and regulatory issues involved when initiating and maintaining a listing on one of the world's premier listing exchanges.

Conveniently situated between the markets of North America and Europe, the BSX offers high flexibility as it is not bound by either the EU Listing Directives or the US SEC's Regulations. However, international standards are stringently applied and the BSX itself is regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority.
