Six decades of working of the Supreme Court of India is a great chronicle of un-thought of changes, sometimes dramatic and sweeping and sometimes open to serious and rigorous debate. Changes in the Supreme Court Practice. Readers will have benefit of analysis made by Author in the practice and procedure of the Supreme Court under old Rule i.e. Supreme Court Rules, 1966 and New rule i.e. Supreme Court Rules 2013 and other practice direction issued from time to time.
