About the Author

Chief author:

Guy Tritton has been a barrister since 1987 at Hogarth Chambers, Lincoln's Inn, London specialising in intellectual property law. He also has substantial practices in information technology, franchises, competition law and general commercial, and has appeared in many reported cases. He has appeared in many courts including the CJEU, the General Court, Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court and VAT Tribunal. He is a trained mediator and lectures throughout the world on topics in the field of intellectual property law. Apart from authoring Tritton since 1995, he has written articles for EIPR and Intellectual Property Quarterly. He is also the Chairman of the Code of Practice of National Office of Animal Health.
