Jeremy Kennedy is a partner in McCullough Robertson's Newcastle office where he practises in the areas of industrial/employment law, workplace health and safety law. He has 21 years of legal experience and has practiced in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria providing legal advice to corporate and government employers across all industry sectors with a particular focus on the mining, steel manufacturing and health industries.

Jeremy has a wealth of experience in providing advice on occupational health and safety law in relation to policies, standards, systems, governance, due diligence, planning, assurance, contractor and controller management, incident and crisis management, investigations, stakeholder and non-government organisation negotiations and consultation.
