Details

This title provides an up-to-date, accessible, and detailed overview of cross-country issues within Arbitration Law. It sets out in precise and concise language, a study of jurisdictions, from Argentina to the US, comparing the extent to which commercial arbitration is used.

The book’s contributors are all recognised leaders in the field and are most eminently qualified to present balanced and unbiased views on their respective topics. Now in this, its third update and expanded edition, Arbitration World is a substantive, multi-jurisdictional, multi-institution, must-have desktop reference, which should be an early port of call for the answers to the questions that most commonly arise for those who practise in the area, for those contemplating the insertion of an arbitration clause, and for general counsel.
