The second edition of Business Law in Hong Kong is a revised and expanded version of the first edition. The new edition takes into account recent developments in the law and includes discussions of numerous new cases with the addition of two new chapters on Intellectual Property and Payment Systems, and is appended with a Chinese translation of the introductory chapter.

The introduction provides an overview of some basic themes relating to law and the legal system in Hong Kong and individual chapters on subjects such as torts, contracts, company law, the legal systems of Hong Kong and mainland China and e-commerce give students a sense of the business and social environment in which law operates.
