About the Author

TAN KEE HENG is an Advocate of the High Court in Sabah and Sarawak who has been in active legal practice for more than 18 years. He has vast experience in corporate matters and has been involved in litigation and appeals involving many different areas of law.

Besides his busy law practice, Kee Heng has lectured various law subjects in a local institute and conducted various law seminars for banks and institutions over the years. He has had a key role in some of the leading legal publications in Malaysia: besides his Civil and Criminal Appeals in Malaysia, now in its third edition, he is Editor of the Borneo Law Reports (7 Volumes, Sweet & Maxwell, 2014) and Advisory Editor and Contributor to Malaysian Civil Procedure (Sweet & Maxwell, 2013, 2015).

He was appointed a Commissioner for Oaths by the Chief Justice of the Federal Court in February 2007.
