About the Author

Eugene Wojciechowski is a partner in the employment team at Shoosmiths and has several years’ experience specialising in employment law and advising on a full range of employment matters.

Katy Meves is an employment law specialist at Shoosmiths. Her experience includes advising on the employment and pensions aspects of transactions (in particular TUPE); engagement and dismissal of senior executives; advising on employment disputes and negotiating compromise agreements.

Jennifer Featherstone is a solicitor in the employment team at Shoosmiths, advising both employers and individuals on various areas of employment law, including drafting and negotiating termination agreements, employment tribunal claims and judicial mediations.
