John Gennard 
The late John Gennard is Professor of Human Resource Management at the University of Strathclyde.


Graham Judge 
Graham is Group Human Resources Director for Yattendon Investment Trust plc who employ over 1200 people. Yattendon own a number of regional newspapers, including the Cambridge Evening News and Burton Daily Mail and their media interest also extends into television through their ownership of Channel Television. Channel TV is the ITV franchise holder for the Channel Islands and, with the merger of Carlton and Granada, is virtually the only independent ITV company. Yattendon, through another subsidiary Marina Developments Ltd, are also the largest marina operators in the UK and, if this was not diverse enough, they are the second largest producers of Christmas trees in the country. Graham has held a number of personnel and training posts within the publishing, printing and packaging industries and has lectured extensively on a range of management issues. He is a fellow of the CIPD.
