About the Author

Peter MacFarlane is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, University of South Australia and former Head of the School of Law at the University of the South Pacific. He is a member of the International Association of Legal Ethics and the South Australian Bar Association.

Ysaiah Ross has written extensively on ethical professional legal practice and taught at the University of NSW and at numerous overseas universities including UCLA, Auckland University, Boston College and the University of Warwick. He has also been member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the NSW Bar Association and a Barrister and Member of the California Bar.
