Forensic Accountancy (Third Edition) provides comprehensive insight into the principles and practices of forensic accounting and demonstrates how accountants and finance professionals should do their jobs when acting as experts, advisors or investigators in disputes, fraud investigations or legal proceedings. In its third edition, this title has been written in concise English, without the use of jargon, catering to the needs of those less trained in the specialty and bridging the gap between accountants and legal practitioners. Auditors, litigators, regulators, financiers, surveyors, insurers and lay clients will find this book as an avenue to the unseen world of accounting, revealing the untold truth and evidence behind the numbers and flows of funds or transactions. Together with the addition of two completely new chapters, this all-encompassing title sets a benchmark for those in forensic accountancy and aims to form a blueprint for best practices.
