Jackson’s Gateway to Land Law aims to give readers a critical understanding of land law in two ways. First, by a clear exposure and analysis of the rules of land law, and explanation of why those rules are formulated in the way they are. Second, by presenting a clear method of critical thinking so that students can learn what it is to construct a convincing argument about land law.
