ICCA Awards Series, Volume I (2023)

ICCA Award Series is a new ICCA publication dedicated exclusively to significant arbitral awards and decisions that mould the field of international arbitration. It is edited by the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), the world’s leading organization representing practitioners and academics in the field of international arbitration, under the general editorship of Prof. Dr. Stephan W. Schill and with the assistance of the Permanent Court of Arbitration, The Hague. The ICCA Awards Series continues ICCA’s long-standing commitment to providing primary resources to the international arbitration community and expanding upon the Yearbook Commercial Arbitration’s prolonged tradition of publishing awards.

This Volume 1 comprises the following:

• anonymized arbitral awards made under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC);
  • two new indexes covering all reported awards: a Table of Instruments and an Index by Subject Matter; anda
    • Compendium of Arbitral Awards published in the Yearbook between 1976 and 2022, covering more than 600 awards.

This compendium will prove to be an essential tool for lawyers, arbitrators and scholars involved in the practice and study of international arbitration.
