About the Author

Peter Chidgey B.SC (Econ) FCA 

Peter has been a partner at BDO for more than twenty years. He was responsible for the BDO Technical Standards Group from 1990 until 2008 and Chairman of BDO International Accounting and Audit Committee from 1997 to 2010.. He is chairman of ICAEW Business Law Committee and was for many years a member of the Accounting Standards Board's Urgent Issues Task Force. 

Helen MacNeill BA (Hons), ACA 

Helen has over 15 years of experience within audit, advisory and technical training at BDO, including time as Secretary to the BDO International Accounting and Audit Committee.
