Ian is a consultant at Collas Crill, an English solicitor and Guernsey Advocate with more than 30 years experience of company and commercial law. He is the former head of commercial at Collas Crill, former chair of the Guernsey branch of the Institute of Directors, and was, for a number of years, the Guernsey Bar examiner in company and financial services law.
