About the Author

John Fairhurst (BA PgDip MPhil MBA Solicitor) is Managing Director of NCC Education in Manchester. He was previously Professor of Law and Head of Law at Birmingham City University, prior to which he was an Associate Dean and Head of Law at Anglia Ruskin University.
