About the Author

Bruce H. Ziff is a professor of law at the University of Alberta, where he teaches and writes mainly in the area of property law. Professor Ziff has been a Visiting Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School and at the University of Wollongong, NSW, Australia. He has served as Special Counsel for the Alberta Law Reform Institute, and as a legal advisor on land titles reform in Ukraine. He is the author of Principles of Property Law, 6th Edition and a co-editor of A Property Law Reader: Cases, Questions and Commentary, 3rd Edition.
