The SRA Overseas Rules 2013 governing overseas practice has been introduced
Compliance Officers of recognised bodies and recognised sole practitioners are no longer required to report non-material breaches to the SRA
The SRA Quality Assurance Scheme for Advocates which came into effect on 30 September 2013.
